Whole experience was very quick & straight forward. Delivery was prompt and efficient.
Mattress is good value and quality. Comfy too!

I am a long time back sufferer and finally gave up trying to get a good night's rest, on my "current top of the range" mattress. After getting to the point where I was visiting the chiropractor every couple of weeks, she finally suggested a different mattress. I decided to try a Silentnight Geltex Pocket 3000 Mattress - but couldn't try it out in any shop. They all had their own version, so after doing a sleep test at a well known store they recommended a firm mattress. I knew from experience that my (relatively new) firm mattress was like sleeping on a rock and I opted for the medium/firm mattress. I was a bag of nerves because I hadn't actually tried it out, but was assured by Silent Night that a full refund would be issued if not completely satisfied within two weeks. I have to say that I am actually a new person and am so glad that I made the switch. There is a gel layer (you can't see it) to make it much cooler and I am now sleeping again. The chiropractor actually rang me to see if I needed an appointment because I haven't needed to see her since the new mattress came. I can't fault it at the moment (I guess time will tell) but I love the fact that it is very tall (you will need deep fitted sheets for this one) and I can get out of bed, put my feet straight onto the floor with no bending or grabbing onto something for support. I can also sit on the edge without disappearing - as it is supportive all over. I am 5'6" but my friend is 4'11 so she needs a little stool to get up to hers (and no, she wouldn't swap hers either). I can't speak with a medical recommendation, but I have degeneration of the spine and sciatica (if that helps anyone) and am so much better. In fact if they came to collect it now, I wouldn't let them in! I hope you have the same positive experience with Silent Night that I did and get to enjoy a good night's sleep.

I wanted a good mattress because my husband and I are large people. I paid and realized I hadn't used a code which gave 10% off. I emailed and called because I am impatient. I spoke to a lovely lady who sorted it out right away and sent the excess money back to me....On top of that I am not waking up with aches and pains...no stiff back, no painful hips it's supports us both well. I am so pleased I got it....I would certainly recommend

The delivery was earlier than planned but the team were polite and very helpful. When we asked them to unpack the mattress for us they did so, took the old mattress away and the packaging. Thank you for being so professional. All our mattresses are Silentnight and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

To begin with, the website is incredibly easy to use and to navigate - finding what you want made easier through the multiple filters and great search functions. Having selected an extra firm mattress and some bedding, etc., the checkout process was a breeze.
Communication from Silentnight was as is expected.... order confirmation/receipt, then a notice to say goods are ready. Delivery team were excellent; polite and friendly, and respectful of the property. They delivered, unwrapped, detagged and placed to mattress on the bed for me (which was fortunate, as the model of mattress doesn't have handles, it seems).

Very happy, would order from them again.

It was easy to order and arrange delivery directly from Silent night and delivery team places it in bedroom and offered to take away packaging.
Silent night are easy to find stockists locally so had idea of what I was getting and having used it for a month I made right choice

I ordered some pilliows for my mum and she loved the pillows and the quickness of the delivery

Great service. Quick delivery of my waterproof dog blanket. My dog loves it. It's super soft and a great size. Can't comment on the waterproof part as the old boy hasn't had an accident as yet!

Our purchase from Silentnight has been as easy as the sleep we enjoy on our new mattress! The website was easy to navigate, and had more than enough information to point us in the right direction. The delivery time was accurate, turning up on time and in mint condition. Admittedly we mat have allowed our old mattress to get a bit old but we couldn't have imagined how good that first night would feel! After several weeks now I can honestly say that a good night's sleep is priceless, and the mattress we got from Silentnight is worth every penny. ? Genuinely great quality product.

There were a couple of issues and changes with delivery dates which made the order tricky but customer services were fantastic. Always really quick to respond and feedback updates

I bought the 5cm memory foam mattress topper, because my mattress is to firm. The topper does an excellent job of softening the mattress and helps me sleep much better and it’s so comfy
